In Memory of Helena Kemp .... A Thrice Blessed Momma

Thrice Blessed Momma” was a wonderful Mother, and she was my friend. My friend from a far, and I miss her greatly. Not only was she my friend, but she was a friend to others as well, to a lot of people that grew to know her, and especially to those in the world of blogging and the groups that she belonged to.

She left behind her beautiful triplets, Madison, Zoe and Jonathan, age five. They were the loves of her life, and she never hesitated to tell the world of her love for them.

This tribute is for her young children, who have lost both their parents at such a young age. Please leave a “kind word” to Helena and Andrew's children, so that when they grow up …. they’ll know the hearts that their Mother touched, …. or simply leave them a message, a prayer or a kind thought here.

I wept when I read of Helena's passing. As another mom friend from the PCOS list I could always count on Helena for a kind word and a great sense of humor. I so admired her strength and hurt along with her when she lost Andrew. The one thing you always knew about Helena was how much she loved her children. They meant the world to her and she would move heaven and Earth to do whatever they needed to have done. She has left this world too soon for us, she will be dearly missed. She was loved by so many.
For Madison, Zoey, and Johnathan- Your mom was a specatacular lady that touched so many. My prayers are thoughts are with the three of you. You will be forever in my heart as you will be with so many.

Every time I say the Shema (Jewish prayer) I am reminded of Helena because she taught me the correct way to say it at one of our monthly MOMs night out. I am always reminded of Helena when I sing the Snuggle Puppy Song to my children because she recommended the book to read to my children. I will always remember the kindness and generosity that she had towards others and the love and devotion she had for her children. Helena you have touched my life and you will be greatly missed and remembered. In Tears Laura

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Helena. She always contributed to our moms list with wonderful advice, wisdom and most importantly LAUGHTER. Her 3 beloved children will miss her greatly. I pray for them and Helena's entire family as they grieve this tremendous loss. Words cannot express my deepest sympathies. Helena--you were an amazing mother, wife, friend, daughter and more.Jennifer Skelley

Dear Zoe, Madison, and Jonathan,

Your mom left a beautiful impression on me. She was devoted to her faith, to your daddy, and to you. Her spirit was so full of love and life.

I fondly remember chatting with her about motherhood; she was so supportive and genuinely caring.

I'll miss her, and her memory will remain with me forever.

Love always,

Ladonna

Dear Madison, Zoey, and Johnathan,
I was a Blogging friend of your dear sweet mothers... she spoke of her three wonderful pride and joy's (which were her children)
she was an inspiration to many many people through her blog... and she was a blessing to me in the way she continued after your father was called home to be with the Lord...and she was left alone to care for you three children...
You can be very proud of her because she always put you first in her priorities... and she loved you very much...
Please do not grieve for her...because she is waiting for you in Heaven with her arms open wide and a very big smile on her face...
I am praying for you Madison and
I am praying for you Zoey, and
I am praying for you Johnathan
I am praying for your grandmother as she tries to take your mom's place in caring for you and raising you to be the wonderful ladies and gentleman that God intended and that your mom was striving for...
when you see a sunrise think of your mothers smile....
Much love and Hugs from a friend who loved your mother very much..

Madison, Zoe and Jonathan,
I did not know your mom personally, and we never spoke. However, she touched my life through her blogs. Helena inspired so many people without even knowing it, myself included. She was an amazing woman and an even more amazing mom. I read her blogs on several occasions. She touched me - her words touched me. I was amazed at her strength and her unwaivering love she had for you. She spoke so highly of each of you, and it was so important that she gave you the very best she could.
You were given two amazing parents and two amazing parents were taken from you too soon. My heart aches for each of you now, but I know that in the short time your parents were with you, they gave you their strength, passion and most importantly, their love, so that you could carry on without them and live the lives you were given. Always remember that your parents loved you so much and that they wanted the absolute best for each of you. You were placed in my heart after reading your mom's first blog, and you will be in my heart eternally.
I pray that you will prosper in the life God has given you and that you will always remember that your parents loved you more than anything else in this world. God bless each of you. We love you!
